Erika Van Dewark's handcarved glass art and scultural pieces have captivated art lovers with a passion for natural beauty. Her years of observing wildlife in North America and Africa is often reflected in her work. Elk, bear and otter, lion, elephant and giraffe are some of the species to adorn her exquisite carvings.

Erika's love of the natural world began in long summers in the Irish countryside as a little girl. A gifted artist, she turned her talents to glass art as a medium to capture the details of her designs and draw out the luminous nature of life. A master of glass for more than 25 years she also finds herself designing for other mediums with unique intrinsic beauty like stone, wood and metal.

Her collection of equine images has been commissioned by the Triple Crown Corporation of Kentucky, Paulo Gucci and the former President of Costa Rica, Oscar Arias. Other commissions include Lindt & Sprungli Chocolate of Switzerland, Southern Bell and Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Corporations as well as British Allied Lyons. Gerald Ford, Leonard Firestone, Mrs. Colonel Sanders and Bob Lee of Hunting World are just a few of the collectors acquiring these beautiful works of art.
